For over 20 years, my activity has been to help individuals, groups, and organizations develop cross-cutting forms of self-empowerment, in a perspective of respect and inclusive and generative relationships with others and the environment.
In 1997, I earned a degree in political science, with a program of study focused on political, historical, and sociological aspects.
After this period of study, I attended a three-year master's degree in integrated pluralistic counseling and a specialization in organizational counseling. In 2008, I earned the qualification of counseling supervisor.
A few years later, I specialized in morenian sociodrama, attending a two-year master's degree that allowed me to acquire new perspectives on working with groups and communities.
Subsequently, I earned a second-level master's degree on gender violence and the assessment of the risk of recidivism.

In 2016, on the occasion of the National Conference of AssoCounseling in Assago, I was co-coordinator of the international thematic tables for research on counseling for the drafting of the “Assago Charter”, a work that has continued over the years and has marked an important milestone in Italy and beyond for the definition of the professional identity of the counselor.
From 2007 to today, I have participated as a speaker in numerous national and international conferences on counseling.

From January 2022, I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Studies of the Person - San Diego - La Jolla - California, a center founded by Carl R. Rogers, who spent the last 20 years of his professional life there with the goal of promoting the person-centered approach as a practice of evolution and growth of individuals and groups in education, education, conflict resolution, religion, communities, organizations, and - in general - in the vast panorama of human interactions www.centerfortheperson.org
From January 2023, I was elected co-executive director of the center.

I started my profession as a counselor and trainer in 2001, and after more than 20 years, I can say that I have had the privilege of accompanying many people in discovering their talents and resources, and I have seen firsthand how one of the fundamental aspects of my work is to promote in people and systems the discovery of renewed forms of autonomy and responsibility, which lead to a quality of life more responsive to their needs and desires.
